The staff was great! The location perfect for me. The let me check in very early even though my room was not ready because I would be coming back very late that night. Also, they have a great Spanish-style breakfast either the best coffee I think I ever had.The historic Hospederia de los Parajes has its own spa center with hammam, hot tub and wine
